The Permanent Representative of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations, Ambassador Abdallah Y. Al-Mouallimi, hosted The Young Professionals in Foreign Policy of New York (YPFP NY) as part of a Global Diplomacy Series event titled “Saudi Arabia's Engagement in Multilateral Diplomacy”. The event took place on Tuesday, April 16 at the Permanent Mission of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations. Ambassador Al-Mouallimi addressed Saudi Arabia's active role and engagement in the United Nations, Saudi-US relations, as well as Middle East issues and other pressing developments in the region more broadly. |

A Royal decree has been issued announcing the donation of 4 Million US dollars to be allocated between the World Food Programme (WFP) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in support of their programs and emergency operations aiming at alleviating the situation of those in need in Mali. |
